COUNCILLORS YOU ARE SUMMONED TO A MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL WHICH WILL BE HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON THURSDAY October 10th 2024 AT 7PM

Apologies for Absence should be notified to the Clerk prior to the meeting.

The meeting is open to the public by virtue of the Public Bodies (Administration to Meetings) Act 1960 s1.

 

  1. To receive and approve reasons for absence.
  2. To receive declarations of interest in respect of business on the agenda.
  3. To identify any agenda items which may be considered following the exclusion of press and public, due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.
  4.  To approve the appointment of a new Parish Council Clerk as the Proper Officer.

 

To confirm the date and time of the next ordinary Council Meeting.
