Councillors you are summoned to a meeting of the parish council which will be held in the village hall on Thursday july 25th 2024 at 7:30pm
Apologies for Absence should be notified to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
The meeting is open to the public by virtue of the Public Bodies (Administration to Meetings) Act 1960 s1.
- To receive and approve reasons for absence.
- To receive declarations of interest in respect of business on the agenda.
- To authorise the chairman to sign the minutes of the previous meetings as a true and correct records.
- To identify any agenda items which may be considered following the exclusion of press and public, due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.

- Demolition of existing bungalow and detached garage and erection of two storey self- build dwelling and associated landscaping
- To receive information on the following issues and decide further action, where necessary.
- Ownership of the land at the end of Church Lane.
- Survey of the horse chestnut at the end of Church Lane.
- Should the Parish Council fly more than just the Yorkshire flag?
- Does the village need CCTV installing or have a Neighbourhood Watch group?
- What should happen to the trees on Ramper Road?
- Speed limit in the village.
- Distribute the roles and responsibilities to Councillors

- Balances at 1st July 2024
- Agree the following reimbursements to:
- M Horn sand & cement for village hall path £66.80, L Addy key cutting £10.
- Costs for FLAG.
- Village Hall:
- Water company complaint.
- Join Community First Yorkshire (ACRE).
- Village hall planters.
- Clerk correspondence:
- Request from Councillor Sheppard, RMBC Cabinet member for Neighbourhoods to attend a Parish Council meeting.
To confirm the date and time of the next ordinary Council Meeting.
